I originally was told last year that they can no longer drive up my driveway to deliver packages to my door (lived here 22 years) they requested for me to put a box at the bottom of my driveway which I immediatly did and now several times I've received an email that they attempted to deliver and on one occasion I went to the brimfield post office to be told it was never on the truck and several times since then I receive messages (email) that the deliveries were attempted, how is that it's amazon prime and I am home and our mail arrives between 2 and 430 pm and they say they attempt anywhere between 930am and 11am?? This is wrong on 3 occasions I set up redelivery and now today received a message (after setting up redelivery) that it has now been attempted again? I work week days and weekends why did I put a box out there for them to NOT deliver the packages? This needs to be looked into my husband just went there to now be told the packages must be on the truck? What is going on? Are they? I needed those packages I have an electrician coming and no lights who s paying for there waisted trip?
