Are postal drivers supposed to chat on their smart phones WHILE driving their routes? I have on several occasions seen the driver whilst driving/speeding on Bolton Woods Way looking and speaking on their smart phones. This has got to be breaking laws, right? It's very unsafe and unprofessional. No wonder the driver makes mistakes constantly for not paying attention putting wrong mail in peoples' boxes. The next time I see this driver, I will try to take a picture and report it to the police.
