I went in because I had received notifications that my packages couldn't be delivered and they were at the post office available for pickup. I went in and the woman working there was the rudest human I've come into contact with. All I ask for was if i could pick up my packages and she rudely stated we don't have them here, they don't hold them and we don't send emails. Didn't go look didn't say a word about anything else. I will never go in there again. If she had said it nicely and not given me an attitude and rolled her eyes I wouldn't have been so upset but there is no need to speak to anyone the way she spoke to me.

The postmaster is the most unprofessional public servant I ever met. Once in awhile a package will arrive for me or my wife for home delivery. We have no home delivery and our PO Box is in Stockbridge. When I find out the package was addressed incorrectly I go down to the post office before it arrives and leave my name and phone number asking for a call to pick it up. However she chooses to return them without trying to contact us. She sent back very important medications for my wife which was needed asap causing a near medical emergency. She also sent back a few letters and recently a important package with a definite tracking number and my name and address. She returned it the day she got. I am in process of dealing with the Office of Consumer Advocacy out of the Massacusetts Attorney General's Office. That is the way to deal with this issue not just writing a personal review of the unsatisfactory service at the Becket Post office.

I resent having to pay for delivery when they won't deliver to my location in Sherwood Forest. I'm looking into a class action suit, using the Buena Vista CO decision as precedent. Published in the Denver Post September September 28, 2022 Buena Vista residents at the base of Colorado’s Sawatch mountains who for years had to pay to receive U.S. mail — and last summer protested in streets about fees and poor service — have prevailed. U.S. Postal Service officials acknowledged a failure to meet their legal obligation to serve everybody and declared they’ll provide no-fee mailboxes starting next year. Each resident must fill out an application for a mailbox where they’ll be able to pick up letters and small parcels. “We’re relieved,” said Mary Ann Uzelac, a retiree who’d been paying $166 a year and helped organize the protests. “I didn’t know anybody in a large city who had to drive to get their mail at a post office box and then pay for the box. It wasn’t fair.”

Tina is the worst person I’ve ever come in contact with. She has yelled at myself, my daughter and my husband. Every experience with her has been her yelling.. today’s experience… Amazon prime states was delivered yesterday. We live in becket… some spots take 15 minutes just to get there. My husband goes to our P.O. Box we’ve had for over 20 years. Goes to the counter to grab the packages we were alerted are in the facility. Tina refused to give my husband our mail. In fact she told him to Wait for a paper slip that comes to our mailbox in an hour. Then come back. 10:38am an hour brings us to 11:38am where conveniently the post office is then closed.. as we all work after 4pm this is the only day to get our packages. Tina is a nasty, bitter, unhappy, and abusive to her employees and the patrons. I cannot believe she cannot not give me a package that is mine that is actually in the facility. It’s scanned in, she knows my families names, street address and even P.O. Box number by memory. This has been going on for the last 4-5 years. She is keeping our mail from us. Should terminate Tina before you have a nasty law suit on your hands. As far as the man that works there. Absolutely pleasant, understanding, courteous and doesn’t scream at you for a question.

Tina needs to go. Very rude on several locations and bossy too! She seems miserable. Find another job then.

Today is Tuesday, September 28, 2021. This review is about Ryan at the Becket, Mass Post Office. He is absolutely the most efficient, respectful, and welcoming person at the post office. I appreciate him because he goes above and beyond for anything someone needs. He's also an outstanding asset to our delivery service here. Thank you Ryan for just being pleasant every day.
