I have been in the office several times mailing packages etc and ever time I go in there I am waited on the most rudest person on the counter-Melissa. This morning my sister left in tears as she was treated so rudely by the same person. I was telling my granddaughter about the situation and she said yeah mom and I were in there one day and she was mean to us too but knew GG so she would let it go this time. During these changing times with COVID 19 people need to be a little more compassionate dealing with the public, perhaps she is not the person that should be at the counter dealing with the public, she's very rude! Maybe some trading through the oxford PO may help, I go there as I live in that town and no matter when I am greeted pleasantly. Something needs to be done with your employee! I think today was the last straw treating my sister so bad she left in tears-all she was trying to do was mail packages to her sons that are out of country! BTW the packages were never sent as she was so upset by the treatment received
