This has happened twice so far, leaving my mail box wide open with a package stuffed in it where you cannot close it. They could have easily put it by my door. This is just lazy!

I was standing outside in my yard on 9/3/20 as the mail was placed inside my mailbox. I got my mail and the worker drove off. 5 mins later I received a notification saying my package that USPS is supposed to deliver had arrived.. I STILL DONT HAVE IT and I’ve been trying to reach someone since 3pm and I’ve gotten no help!

I haven’t received mail since Thursday, expecting important mail which according to mail on demand should have been here since Saturday and my mail box is completely empty😡😡🤬🤬 After checking with neighbors it seems that this happens a lot with other people here, and it appears that the mail lady doesn’t care! I can’t get any answer from the Post Master, the front counter lady can’t contact the mail carrier! I’m just totally disgusted

This post office has the most horrible customer service and the mail carriers are dumber than boxes of rocks. They continue to misplace my packages at the lock boxes in my apartment complex and when i call to complain at the post office the supervisor gets an attitude like it's my fault they hire idiots.

Horrible mail service. Mail man sets my mail on sidewalk in rain instead of walking about 6 more inches to porch. Have asked him not to and he still does it.

This place does not answer the phone. Dillards and I tried to get a package turned around all day 10/19/2016 since business opening time. Not one call was answered.

Apparently the post office has no clue what is going on and is a direct reflection of why this US Government run agency is slowly going out of business and should be shut down to stop wasting tax payer money. Take a hint from UPS and FedEx and maybe you would turn a profit. Even if stamps were $10 each this joke we call USPS couldn't stay afloat.I've had numerous issues with this "post office". First, years ago on a garbage day the garbage pick up crew left my garbage can in front of my mail box. That afternoon I checked the mail to find a hand written note that said "I couldn't deliver your mail because your garbage can was in the way"... Figure that one out.Second... I put my house on the market for sale. The day the sign went in the yard I stopped receiving mail. A week later I went to the post office to ask why and my response was "the carrier forwarded the mail because your house was for sale"... Forwarded to where?? I didn't request it to be forwarded. Most recently I actually requested it to be forwarded to my new address since I sold the house. Received a forward confirmation in the mail at my new address 2 days after. Thought it was done. 3 weeks passed and I hadn't received any mail. Went to the post office on Tuesday to ask why. I had to leave my # because they couldn't explain. 2 days later on a Thursday I received a call that the carrier had just received notification of my forward that same Thursday morning and would be forwarded "from now on". So I asked where my last 3 weeks of mail was and I got no answer. Did y'all hold it at the post office? Nope. Did you mail it to the old address and the current residents have it? Don't know. Nobody can tell me.You people forward mail when you aren't told to and don't forward it when you are told to... My tax money has to continually bail your FUBAR "service" out because a $0.49 stamp won't cover your corruption and half ass operational practices. The private sector will always outdo your pathetic government operation. I'll put my stock in FedEx and UPS, I'll let the stamp collectors go bankrupt.Cheers!
