The lady who delivers mail at the Westlake post office is LAZY. I have no received my mail in over 2 weeks and that’s against the law from what I am being told. I want a name of who this is so I can go to the highest person available to have her FIRED. Or I can file a report against her. I think she is withholding my mail. I have her on our camera. I suggest someone gets in touch with me IMMEDIATELY. I’ll post reviews and how horrible this service is until I get a return answer through email from SOMEONe since no one answers the phone. Pls for god sakes lazy mail people in westlake, DO YOUR DANG JOB!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! This needs to be taken care of IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

the mail lady is not lazy,she just needs to go to others house and deliver there mail so take it back.

I put a letter in my mail box monday June 21 with the red flag up. Today june 24 the mail is still in my box. I called the post office, they said if did not have mail the carrier would not stop.
