Postal Locations

Waiting on a package they saying it was return due to no such address at that location it's funny I get mail delivered everyday there. I have been calling and calling and no one answers. If the delivery person would just look for the apartment number he will see it.

I have called this location for 2 days and no one will answer. I called the Schriever post office and they directed me to the Thibodaux location. I am in need of guidance and cannot receive any help.

I have a package that was supposedly delivered 12/17/21 @ 12:11. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED! I CHECKED OUR CAMERAS AND NOBODY STEPPED FOOT ON OUR PROPERTY! This is a gift! Beyond mad.

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered 9-14, it’s now 9-23 and I’m still waiting! Guess I’m out a few $$$$.

Mail is not an everyday thing at my house. Sometimes an outgoing letter stays on my box for a couple of days. And of course no mail is delivered. Something mailed to me from New Iberia took more than 6 days. I paid for priority mail service on a package to SC. 9 days later it got there. WHAT GIVES???!!

My granddaughter put a large brown envelope in my mailbox and the mailperson picked it up. It was supposed to be delivered by my granddaughter to my accountant, Brandy Kearns on Canal, Thib. I believe this happened on Thurs., 4/8. The envelope had no postage and read "take to Brandy Kearns and her address." My granddaughter visited your PO on Fri am and was told we would get the envelope back in 2-3 days. I even alerted my accountant in case she receives my envelope. Now it is 4/14 and no sight of my large brown envelope. This enclosed all my tax information which could be a disaster if someone who is not ethical gets ahold of the envelope. Please let me now where my envelope is???

No one in my neighborhood has received regular mail in over a week. Filed a complaint and never received a response. As the carrier was dropping off a package yesterday, I asked him why haven’t I received any mail? He states “Too many of those things” as he points to the package in my hand. I then proceed to ask him how am I supposed to get my mail? He said he would “TRY” tomorrow. How can they just not deliver mail??? If you don’t want to deliver it at least let me know how I can get it myself.

No mail for past two days in spite of my app saying I have mail. Guess they will be looking for a raise to improve their service! Hire people if you have a shortage of workers. Government printing money by the tons so do something please, get extra help. Whole neighborhood is complaining about Thibodaux postal service.

I have a package that says it was delivered on Dec. 2. I never received the package and calling the post office is useless as they never the phone!!’n

I am not getting mail delivery every day. Package delivery is a particular problem. The postal tracking system shows packages as delivered but they are not in the box or anywhere in the vicinity. This has happened now 5 times since July of 2020. I'm not having a problem with any other delivery service but I have no control over which packages are sent through postal system. What's going on in Thibodaux?

The Thibodaux usps mail system is a goddamn mess. I put something to be mailed in my apartment drop box and it was not picked up for two weeks. And every time I have a package too big to fit in the mail slot they damn post woman sends it back to the sender instead of just walking up the stairs. Another problem I also have is that the apartment complex has a lot of residents and she never puts the mail in the correct persons box. I am missing several pieces of mail and packages, this is unprofessional and ridiculous.

The Post Office located in Thibodaux, should be inspected. The area/room where mail is sorted has mail scattered all over the floor. Receiving mail that has same house number as mine, but different street name.

I’ve been waiting on 3 packages for over 2 days now that’s been out for delivery. We watched our mail carrier drop off mail in box... then claimed she did not have access to driveway or box for packages. We have her on security camera. We received letters but not packages. Second day we watched her pass at 730pm and drive straight by all 5 mailboxes without stopping then posted again she did not have access. Don’t even think about calling to complain or file a complaint... useless!!! VOTE IN PERSON!!

mail system is a mess, sometimes they dont pick up outgoing mail, or they skip our house. Wednesday they put mail ontop of my out going mail and left flag up. Ordered a flag and amazon is saying mail carrier not catching us. Bullshit it will fit in the box.

I have been waiting on a package I was supposed to receive Friday july 17. Tracking said it would be delivered by 8pm Monday july 20. At 8pm tracking said they could not access the location which is BS, the carrier is being lazy because every month I order the same thing and its left under my front patio where there is access 24/7.

My review is not so good. This is the second time I have had problems getting my mail and getting my outgoing mail picked up. My bills are late because of this and I’m having to pay late fees due to it. Whether I have mail or not they are supposed to pick up my outgoing mail. It is not the public’s problem if someone is sick or whatever problems y’all or having there. Not trying to be insensitive but it is the post office’s responsibility to do their job as they get paid for. I am a essential worker also. I have to be at work and do my job regardless of my problems. I work long hours and do not have the privilege to go to the post office every time I have to send a bill out. Plus, I PAY for Amazon Prime and expected a package today. Well guess what? Y’all didn’t deliver it. I’m spending more $$ for your office being irresponsible. Fix it!!! Not happy, Cindy

Some of the staff are rude as hell when you go there for service , they work for us but they act like they own everything and tell you whatever they want and you can’t tell them anything. Then the supposed supervisor comes out and takes up for the staff and won’t help you one bit but believes he can make you leave PUBLIC PROPERTY. The Thibodaux office needs a major overhaul because this is not the first time these problems occur.

The mail delivery is a huge issue. I understand that they may be short staffed but so is my business so it is not excuse. I have for the last few weeks been calling for them to pick up packages that need to be mailed out to patients. Also I have had to go and pick up my mail. The phone number is either busy or makes a fax sound. Y'all need to get it together

I want to let the post office know I did Not receive my prescription medicine yesterday despite it saying on my alert that it was delivered at 1:30pm. I keep calling sand no one at the Thibodaux post office will answer. The fax sound comes on and it’s not the fax line I’m calling. This is NIT the first time in the last couple of weeks I’ve called about a package delivery issue!

Why are postal carriers not delivering mail everyday except Sunday. We may get mail once a week. Friends and family are complaining.
