I have A package that has arrived (16xs) and departed (13xs) Slidell post office (so 29 times) in 20 days. There is no reason for this. Had to call multiple times to get problem resolved. Which it still isn’t, Sadly enough. If original post office, on day 2, won’t have messed up and put it wrong bin, that post office is minutes from my house. Been waiting 28 days for the package that I really need.

I've opened a service request because an amazon tablet is missing. I got a voicemail back from an Angie who first gave me the wrong date of supposed delivery then said it was in my mail box but then said at my front door. I have called and called the store number. They do not answer.

I received a notice that I have two packages from eBay of electronics in my mailbox August 25 at 11 AM. There were no packages in my mailbox!! I understand there was a substitute delivering mail that day. Either they took my electronics and lied or they put them in someone else’s mailbox. I owe eBay for these electronics and I want my packages back now. I reported this and got no answer back from anyone at USPS

the topic of the god awful service of the mail carriers is currently a very frustrated thread. The postal worker broke the flag off of my mailbox, after breaking the magnetic clamp to hold the door of the mailbox closed, NOW she WILL NOT take my outgoing mail, just throws new mail (half doesn't belong to me) in my mailbox. WHAT THE HELL post office?!!!!! y'all need chick fil a employees to teach y'all what to do?!

Ya'll need to shut this place down, service is horrible, people are rude as hell, my driver damaged my brand new mailbox in 1 day, emailed to complain, not a thing done about it. The driver is rude as hell, packages lost, mail on ground, what the hell!! Post master: Get off your lazy ass and do something about this!

The stinking Slidell Main Post office passed us up again today with an e-Bay package awaiting delivery, However, this is not the first time that this has happened. It seems that Louis DeJoy needs to be fired along with postal workers who are following his lead. I deal exclusively with USPS but, after this latest incident I am really considering other delivery services. Have a good day 70458 delivery person because first thing MONDAY I shall be at the post off demanding an explanation.

I don't live in the area. I sent a package to Slidell and it was sent back to the P.O on 2nd street. O called 5 times to try and speak to an agent and I have been hung up on numerous of times. The package needs an address verification and I cant do that states away nor can I do it over the phone BECAUSE NO ONE IS ANSWERING.

They closed 3 min. before I asked for 1 little piece of tàpe for the mail I was sending outside and Nicole who works at the 2nd St. Office was so very rude and refused to give me a piece of tape because they closed 3 min. ago. I worked at Walmart and do u know how many times we didn't close when we were supposed to because of customers needing things???? I needed 1 little thing that was n her reach!!!

I am so fed up with the inconsistency of this post office. Sometimes my parcel is taken and delivered, other times, it's returned to me needing more postage. I understand if I made a mistake of not paying enough, but it's obvious that it depends on the person who's working and making that decision. I've had packages sent back with a $3.25 price on them, paid that, then had it sent back AGAIN with a price of more than $7. I have customers waiting on products, yet this office can't decide if I have enough postage or not. The frequency this is happening is unbelievable.

I want my old mail lady back!! We had a change of carriers about a year ago since then service has really declined. We frequently receive the wrong mail, our flag and mailbox are left open almost every day. The couple of times it is closed I have found mail on the ground in a puddle luckily it was wet so didn’t blow away as it contained a check. One day she wouldn’t even get out of the truck because a cat was sitting on the steps. I am not one to complain so I assure you it’s bad. Our address is 56324 frank pichon rd, Slidell Linda

i mailed a card about 4 0r 5 days before Christmas to my niece in Mississippi and she never received it is there mail notdelivered ?

Mail being left at wrong address or being sent back no such address , the mail service off Indian Village Slidell is AWFUL , post master never in , gone to p.o. twice , try calling it drops your call , my bills be sent back or left in wrong location I got 6 letters left in box not mine DO Something

Hello, I need to file a corporate complaint on one of your female letter carriers/ drivers from the 1950 Second St post office Slidell, La 70458. She is African American , mid 20s to early 30s. Each and every single time she delivers mail on my street Almond Creek 70461; she always always put our packages in the wrong mailbox or leaves them at the wrong door . We purchased this house a year ago and because of her had reflector numbers put on the mailbox and leave the porch light on so the delivery address is visible. One night during the fall I stood outside in my pajamas awaiting an important package and she greeted me with “oh ur making sure u get ur stuff tonight huh ?”. I’ve gone into the location to report her and nothing has been done . From the most expensive items to the cheapest . It never fails ! They will be delivered by her to the wrong address! I’m beyond sick of it . And while we understand there’s a shortage of postal workers etc ...if you took the job, do the job and do it efficiently. When the older lady delivers mail etc there’s never a mix up and she gets out to put packages at the door . Not the other one 😒. Highly disappointing! I wish I knew her name . Mrs Iyeesha M. Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. Y'all want a $25 billion bailout and every other business that does a service just like you is open. You will not allow even a drop off via car drop off and you think you can handle mail in voting. HA HA, the mom & Pop shipping stores have lines around them because you have failed.

Yet again more mail says it was delivered but it was not. This is not acceptable. It's getting worse by the day. This has been going on for 3 months now.

We have had NO mail whatsoever in 3 days despite having an app that shows mail having been delivered - we have had 2 pieces of mail delivered to the wrong address, 1 piece totally lost and other parcels routed to slidell then sent to New Orleans or Baton Rouge before returning to slidell / what is going on?

Informed delivery shows I had two packages that were delivered yesterday. It also states left with neighbor as per my request which is not true. neither neighbor has my packages and i had a new cardier yesterday. She also was smoking in the usps mailtruck. I cannot reach anyone at post office and i know she stole my packages and i am pissed. someone needs to get this figured out asap

Have not received my Cleco Power billing. usually get it on the 15th. spoke with Cleco . they told me it was sent out on the 11th of may. Today is the 20th, no bill. cannot reach any one at the post office, they will not answer the phone. Please check your postal carrier, to see if they know what they are doing.

I know I ha be a thief. I have six packages !Monday and received five of them. Just so happens out of all the package s one was of a woman and that the package that was missing and my carrier is a female. I do sick of her and I was outside when she came. I believe this girl is having a affair with her boss because she get away with everything. So sad the postal service is like this.

I think you have a thief . I'm missing 3 packages. Dam shame. Been over a month from Belks. 4 weeks from a surprise from my niece in Marion Arkansas and over 2 weeks for a mask sent from my sister in West Memphis Arkansas. 😥

My girlfriend sent me an envelope carrying a card, as well as pins and a keychain. A large suspicious hole was torn in the bottom, appearing to be consistent with intentional breaching of the envelope. It is our belief that the items were purposefully stolen, and this is quite upsetting, as they weren't present on arrival.

Hello, I sent mail to my boyfriend containing a pin and a keychain. When he received it, the letter was ripped open (not the kind of tear that happens when the letter gets damaged). We're assuming someone opened it thinking there was valuables inside, considering I used a stamp for jewelry. My boyfriend did not get the pin or the keychain, as the hole was big enough to take both items out completely. This has never happened beforehand, and I'm pretty dissapointed.

I ordered a cake for my mother due before Christmas. On 12/20, I contacted the company and was told that tracking indicated delivery due on 12/21. No delivery was made on 12/21. On 12/23, the company contacted me to say that delivery was made on 12/21. I was home all day Saturday. I Several cameras recording the front of the house and the street in both directions. Around 10am a DHL truck passed by. At around 2:30 a Fed-Ex went by and the post office delivered around 3:00, At around 4:30 a UPS truck went by. The post office dropped off mail which I pick up less than 2 min after it passed. NO OTHER DELIVERY was made to this address on 12/21/2019. The front of my house is monitored and recorded from multiple directions. The company said delivery was supposed to have been made though the post office. I checked the recording and can clearly see the postal truck stop, I got the mail, and I can clearly see the letters as I stopped on the porch to check the mail received. No package was delivered.

I sent three letters on the same day, two weeks ago. One arrived. No one is answering the phones. What is going on with this location?

Twice now I've paid for 2 day shipping and when the package was supposed to arrive, the post office said it attempted to deliver and could not because of having no access. I have a driveway that goes from the street to the front porch with no fence.

Out of 3 packages that the post office has said they delivered , I have gotten 1. Better odds with UPS leaving it at my fron't door then the mail carrier putting something in the mail box.

The mail was not picked up today at 39046A Willow Avenue Slidell 70461. The flag was up. This is not the first time this has happened.
