Postal Locations

I have been calling for a week phone just rings. I live in another town and was told to call ruston post office about my package from my mail carrier. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

I have been waiting on a package to arrive at my office in Ruston, LA 71270. They have attempted to deliver it twice, once on Sunday December 19 and Once on Monday December 20 after 5 pm. They know we are not here then and i still haven't received my package. Also, they could have put it in the bigger box used for that purpose with a key. They haven't used this in several years when it could have been used instead of cramming our little keyed mailbox full. Also, we always get someone else's mail in with ours pretty much every day. I am frustrated with our postal system as well as our tenants in our building. Respectfully, Tammy Wise

I have been physically disabled since 1999. Mail is delivered to a mailbox located next to my front door. For the past three Mondays, the postman has NOT stopped to deliver and pick up outgoing mail. I have had to call a friend to pick up my outgoing mail and to check my mailbox located about 100 yards from my home. Please inform the carrier assigned to this route to deliver mail to the mailbox next to my front door so I do not have to call someone to mail my letters.
