The Pineville Post office refuses to answer the phone. My mail hasn’t been delivered in days and I’m expecting an important check. Totally unacceptable and infuriating.

I have called numerous times about new mail carriers turning around and backing into my yard. I have called the Rapides parish sheriff department to try to see if they could help me. I was told it was a civil lawsuit and they would investigate and report it for me to file a civil suit. I would really like this resolved before we get to that, please advise! 3187154131 130 HulinRd Pineville, La. 71360

6:37 pm Thursday, November 13,2020 Tracking package says “Delivery attempted - front door/ driveway not accessible.” What does that mean? They have a Big circle driveway. You can reach the door from either direction.

I cant get anyone on the phone in pineville Louisiana, post office. My concern is that I have lived at my address by myself , I bought and paid for my mobile home and my ex husband after 15 yrs of being divorced, up and decided to put a pop up camper behind my fence( we was married when property was bought, then divorced few years after, we never lived on the property, I was first one to put my home on it after paying my trailer and the property off. ) so suddenly he thinks he can do whatever he wants, just because he has his name on property with mine , he has no water, no electricity, no sewage and is stealing me blind, his exact WORDS, I own part of property and I can do as I please 🤬 he doesn't work, no vehicle, rides around stealing from people. I caught him in my mailbox and immediately told him that was a federal offense because we haven't been married for 15yrs, and I have been living here since, all utilities, water, etc I pay and in my name! He laughed and said I don't care , I am using your mailbox too. I cried and went to lowes bought a locking mailbox and stopped him from going in my mail. I stop my mailman after and try to explain, he cut me off and rudely told me that my ex got him a post office box(he apparently was told a pile of poor ex husband lies, because he never let me explain the situation) now I watch on occasions for the mailman and he delivers to insurance company next door and never looks towards my box or drive. Since all of this started (may 2020) I have not gotten any of my water bills, except for 2. Fema has contacted me to ask about paper work, I have not gotten from 2 months ago. My lawyer(for something personal)has sent me 2 different case updates and as of today I have not gotten them( he sent them out end of October) my maiden last name is Gray, but I still get mail in Downs my ex last name. Is there any way I can speak to someone regarding this concern. Address is 7517 Shreveport Hwy Pineville la, 71360.... Surely my mail isnt being place in ex post office box? If so he will destroy it, I have had to block his view, recently he built something (with all my lumber he stole from me) it appears to be against my fence by my bedroom window and his chair up against fence, facing me. The sheriff's department said there is nothing I can do unless he harms me physically. 15 years i have no contact etc with him and SUDDENLY he appears with a pop up camper and has made my life miserable. I just want my mail and my grown children also get mail at my home occasionally so the mail will have several last names. Please please please contact me through my email and I will send you my phone number in an email. Thank you so very much for your SERVICE and MERRY CHRISTMAS..SINCERELY: LATONNIA GRAY DOWNS

On two separate occasions this post office has stopped delivering my mail for weeks at a time with no notice being given. Multiple times, they have caused me to miss bills. When I call them about it, they claim that the mail was withheld due to dogs, but those dogs are not at my house; they are four houses down from mine. Also, I have a mailbox at the road, the mail carrier does not even have to get out of his truck to deliver my mail.I am very unsatisfied with the service from the Pineville Post Office.

On June 3rd I mailed two cards. One card to each of my grandchildren. They like receiving mail. We all live within 15 miles of one another. I put my return address on the envelope, as well as writing care of their guardians/parent below their name. I used correct postage. I'm am most disappointed to say they have still not received their cards and I have not received them back.
