Louisiana is a poor state therefore, I’m sure it affects the hiring of much needed employees in various sectors. This post office falls below the average standard. It starts at the top. Investigations need to begin and a lot of terminations at the top. And then give the local post offices the proper full staff of employees- and raises.

I got a notice from Nespresso (coffee supplier) that my package "has arrived" on Friday, 4-15-23, but it did not. I have resided at 2120 Pargoud Blvd. for over 30 yrs., so I know all my neighbors and they know me. No one got my package. I asked the post person that came yesterday how Nespresso got a "delivered" notification when I did not receive it. She was shocked and sorry. My wife and I are retired, and one of us is home most of the time and my porch(my notification stated the package was left on the porch/front door) and door cannot be seen from the street.

Called multiple times before 430 and no one answers the phone. My mailbox is left open AS PER USUAL. It is pouring down rain. I usually have wet mail or mail that is blown out of the box by traffic because my carrier is far too lazy to make sure my mailbox is closed. I've called a number of days and spoken to one person once. Obviously to no effect. This level of abject daily negligence borders on destruction of mail.

I’m really tired of all my packages being thrown into my front yard and ditch. Today I was delivered all 4 out of my 5 packages with one being returned to the office. I’d like to speak to a supervisor as soon as possible

I had a package delivered on Monday, and I don’t have the package. I just checked my mailbox and there was nothing there. I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve called the post office so many times and no answer.

This post office is not answering their phone calls. I need a package to be redelivered and I can't get through to anyone. . It rings several times and then they hang up on me.

Same... I've been calling for 3 days because no one is delivering our mail at the office where I work. Trying to find out if they are holding it but it rings many times then disconnects.
