I overnighted a envelope to my fiancé who is disabled and lives with her parents in Gheens La. the envelope was to be delivered on Friday but since Gheens is in the country they said it would be delivered Saturday. the envelope did not have to have a signature and could fit in the mail box but the carrier decided not to leave it and this has put a terrible hardship on my fiancé. She now has to ask her dad to drive her to the post office to get her envelope. I was charged $24.70 to have it delivered to her and it was NOT! I want a refund.
