Our mail is not delivered every day. Delivery person seems to skip houses when they feel like it. I have not had mail in three days even though my notification from the post office says I have mail. I was waiting particularly for a bill today and the mail person did not stop. This happens all over our neighborhood and it just isn’t right. The delivery person is paid to do a job that they need to do.
Our postal carrier has been leaving signature delivery packages in our mailbox at work. These items are to be signed for, not left unattended in the mailbox, also postal carrier is using the business names initials to "sign" for the item when putting it in the mailbox. That is fraud! Mail carrier is doing this on the one day our business is closed.

There a sale papers that are delivered each week. If I don't have mail on the day the sale papers are delivered I don't get the sale papers. I have to leave a note in my mail box with the red flag up to make sure I get them. Isn't it their job to put a sale paper in every box on their route. I am a senior on a fixed income and I plan my grocery shopping around the sales. Please inform your carrier to put a flyer in my box every week.

Since we got a new delivery guy, we are not receiving our mail as usual. The past 2 weeks he has flown by (very fast) and not stopped at our mailbox as well as others. If he is so rushed he should plan his schedule better. i will begin raising my flag every day to make him stop! Even if it's junk mail it should be delivered. Seems like he must be throwing flyers and what he thinks is junk away to finish his route
The employees at this office were quite rude and sarcastic. There was an issue which was no fault of my own that I had been trying to resolve for a week. Instead of researching the info to discover the negligence on the part of the employee they penalized me for their actions. The leadership didn’t exemplify proper behavior in resolving the matter. I will continue my fight to have this matter resolved. Some of their employees need to be evaluated and reassessed when it comes to providing quality customer service.
This post office is horrible. Besides the rude employees, our mailman either doesn't deliver our packages and marks them as delivered or he misdelivers it. There has been multiple times we've had to contact shippers and get replacements.... I can't count the times I have had to call up there and they act like they don't know what's going on. We've tried complaining, but it doesn't make a difference.
This place is very unorganized and multiple people came in with complaints. Employees are rude & unfriendly. Only two people were working with a rush & no one spoke to me while I was waiting to ensure I would be taking care of.
I have a complaint about a delivery today.
USPS dropped the box on my lawn near the street -- about 50 feet from my door. Of course, anyone could have picked it up.
I have never seem this lack of professionalism before.
I go to Scott post office each Saturday and a older lady i think in training after i complete my shipments she tell me have a blessed day.
I do not need or want any one telling me have a blessed day it what priest or the pope tell you.
