when are we going to get mail on regular basic no mail today at 7:30 waiting for letter today need new management

No Delivery Scan. No information for a USPS filed Service request for lost mail due to NO Delivery Scan. . So i tried calling, so why is no one answering the phone!

My package has been on hold since 3/28/22 and today is 4/4/22. I tried to call during business hours not the phone just rings and rings. SEND MY PACKAGE ALREADY!

Delivery has become sporadic. We have not seen a delivery person in 4 days, and it is inconceivable that Nobody in our fourplex has mail to ve delivered, especially when some of us have been expecting overdue items for a week. It's gone beyond absurdity. I have always purchased stamps and utilized the post office for pkgs, etc, to support it..but am about done by now.

Why is my package still waiting for you all to ship it

I called to get my address right to receive my stimulus paper check. The lady that answered the phone didn’t offer any kind of help. I asked could I use my I’d to come to collect it. She responded it will be “returned to sender”. I’m about to be evicted from my home in a few days. Times are so hard to not be offered any kindness or further help with this matter his so frustrating.

We live in La Vergne, Tennessee. Mailed our Christmas cards on November 17, to our (3) family members in Kenner. Today, Dec 18, they were returned to us marked as "undeliverable." WHY? We know the family still live there in Kenner. Please respond with the reason.

had a packaged that was supposed to be delivered at 9:51 am and it's 2:33 pm and no package still

I am due 2 packages today 9-22-16, they said delivered 18:26, my next door neighboor gave me one of the two packages. The other is still missing. On line it says both packages delivered to my house. The post office better find out what happened to my package and take off that it was delivered to my house. If the mailman delivered to wrong address and I don't get it, I want a refund, putting online that it was delivered will tell the shippers that it was already received by me. Be at post office at 8 AM

postal delivery person for Kansas ave, Kenner, 70062 seems to have difficulty reading the correct address and name of street. postal person can't tell the difference between Kansas and Kentucky. They saw a K and delivered the package. Wrong again.
