Holden post office is horrible !!!

I had to flee from my address due to domestic violence. I was told that I had packages at the post office. I had a friend who lives close to pick them up for me with a copy of the postal slip saying they have packages. They would not give her the packages. I call to see if I can put in a change of address have have them send my packages to me and I was told no, they don't do that over the phone. I then asked her what I was supposed to do? I have no vehicle, no money and 1 friend that lives close to the post office but nowhere close to where I am living now. She said, well I guess you better find a ride." I explained I couldn't find a ride and her response was, well, have a nice day". CLICK! She hung up on me. WTH....Thanks for the nice service in my time of need lady. Very rude and unprofessional and she was the post master

HOLDEN LOUISIANA's Post Office is what you would expect from a Government agency. The lady at the counter would not even cash my $75 USPS money order. She said" I don't cash money orders that were not sold from this Post Office". She sent me to the one in Albany What a joke.
