Have not received mail for the past two weeks. This is highly unusual since I normally receive mail almost daily. Visited post office today to file compliant. Postal employee found several pieces of my mail undelivered but suggested I return Monday there may be other mail she did not find.

Where is our mail? Bellemeade South hasn't received mail this week! So tired of this.

Have not got had any mail delivered this week yet, it shows on my email that there should have been delivered report it but still no rrspine. And don’t tell me your mail out everyday cause that’s BS, have not seen any mail trucks in our subdivision at all this week I gave important stuff in mail . Not pleased with the service that you all are not providing that I pay for, also will report it to the post master general . I would like to hear something to tell me what gas happened to my mail,are your mail people throwing my mail away, how bout you pay my bills that I am not receiving. Done with my Rand . Phone number isn't a live number - after all the prompts, it's a fax so you can never reach a live human. Service is terrible - lost packages, no help - just worthless. Might as well be a 3rd world mail system.

I haven't been receiving my mail in 3 weeks gretna is by most the worst place to receive mail all my important mail not coming in or arriving super late...im so sick of this wish i could call someone and complain maybe ima try the 1800 number next to see what can they do to help please mail people send the mail ouy on time its bit our fault yall dont have anyone!!! Why are we not getting mail on a daily basis? My medications are delivered by usps. This is ridiculous.

I am only receiving mail at my business once a week, questioned the delivery girl last week & was told too many people out, and they be tired! Really!! Delivering to wrong addresses, stealing packages, and not having mail delivered for over a week is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I DO NOT WANT AN APOLOGY OR EXCUSE. I WANT A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE THAT IS 1/2 WAY INTELLIGENT AND WILL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I’ve had this problem many times, WAY TOO LONG, have called, emailed and what happened? I received a phone call from someone that couldn’t speak correctly over a MONTH LATER. REALLY???? I would think the USPS would at least hire someone past the 5th Grade. When you visit the Gretna Post Office they won’t even let you see someone of any authority, give you an attitude (maybe because I’m white and judge me because of my color, then tell you “Oh it’s on the truck and you’ll receive today”. HELLO USPS!!! IT is 6:50 AND NO MAIL, NO PACKAGES AND NOT ONE DAMN MAIL TRUCK SEEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD SINCE 8:00 AM. OH AMD I HAVE BEEN DRIVING AROUND TO SEE WHERE THEY ARE!!! I’m sick and I’m tired of your lies, theft and IGNORANCE. FORGOT YOU BEING “A Hero like a Nurse or Doctor that saves lives “.

Post office in Gretna keeps delivering my packages to wrong address . some from ebay and medical supplies bought off internet .ebay is probably going to tell me stop ordering because of refunds . and a old address from 3 years ago keeps getting my insurance information. I put change of address in but that didn't work either . really getting agervated. and when I call post office back like employee says they send me to fax machine .

Are business gets mail 2-3 time a week. The carrier has an awful attitude. We can't stay in Gretna if we don't get our mail and support from the local post office. I can't get through to even talk with anyone!! What will it take to fix this!!!?

It's such a shame to only receive your mail 2 to 3 times per week. 406 Gretna Blvd is the worst! Why is the mail behind? This has been going on since October 2019. I've made several complaints or concerns. All I want is my mail. There are good workers there, but too many lazy people that shouldn't have the job. Gretna residents you have to voice your concerns to get a resolution. MChristmas is ruined why because my informed mail stated that on last Friday that I would receive my checks. Today is Tuesday & no mail. Thanks a lot Gretna Postal Service. No checks because no one is checking the routes to see if the carriers are doing their jobs. The phone number to the post office transfers you to a fax machine. I'm waiting now for approximately 50 minutes on (800) number. I went to the post office yesterday 3 people were making complaints. Scheduled my 1st ever package pick up using the online services. Packages still sit here on scheduled pick up date at 10:00pm and were never picked up. Received your 3 text messages confirming my pickup request.......what now? Do I waste another shipping day letting them sit there hoping they might get picked up tomorrow?

I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 yrs. I have to say for the last 4 yrs my mail has gone to my neighbor down the street. And she would give me my mail. And by vista . And then i get my other neighbors mail,i am glad that my neighbors are trueful. We on some days never get mail ,or packages. Even at 5-6 at night.I want to say i am a stay home,i have cameras and see when they come. I have seen mail persons come and go sometimes doing double areas. Please put someone in this area that is stable. This has gone on to long. .

Went to pick up a package on 27 Jan 2018. Waited 45 minutes (15 Min. in line then 30 Min. waiting while the employee(s) searched for it. The supervisor took over, but couldn't locate the package. They said they would call me when it is found and I could come back in to pick it up. P.S. The 15 minutes waiting in line was due to absence of any employee for 5 minutes, then only one returned with 12 people waiting in line. Are they concerned about patrons? Not in my opinion.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ! we have not had a regular mail carrier in my neighbourhood for quite a while...2-3 years at least. I DO NOT receive all of my mail, especially bills. this causes me to have to pay late fees. the postmaster at 70053 is NOT DOING THEIR JOB

Dear Madam/Sir Gretna la 70056. It has been many weeks, Where we ( When I say We I mean my Neighbors) I have NOT Received Any Mail.. There are times I have attached a letter on my mail box, Just to know if, Our mail carrier, have came or Not.. I have received others mail, And My mail, is No where to be found.. I have a small packages With a Tracking Number..It says it will be delivered Friday Nov, 24.. And as always.. I have Not seen a Mail truck in the Neighborhood.. Many of my Neighbors has also notice the trend, Many has Complained.But Nothing has Improved.. I understand a mail carrier is Not late, just as long as it is before 8pm. What is it when Neighborhoods Do No Receive Mail for Days...

I haven't seen the mail man are lady for two days wounder if they no longer bring mail to your home i try calling but no one picks up the phone try allot calling no pickup so maybe no workers are they just don't give a crap

No one wants to answer the phone. Trying to get more information about Passport. I am call between the office hours but no answer (twice).

The best mail man to work in my area is named Charlie. He's the regular mail man for my neighborhood and delivers my packages correctly with integrity and DOES NOT THROW MY PACKAGES like the other mail men that deliver in my area. Charlie deserves a raise for doing his job properly and never letting negativity affect his job performance.

They never answer the phone, they have lost 2 $100 packages of mine and they don't care they are rude and most of them do not know what they are doing. How they are allowed to lose your packages that you paid for is beyond me.
