The absolute worst! 23 rings later they finally answered the phone. Unbelievable! How do we make complaints so these morons get fired?

Horrible post office!! I am doing everything in my power to make a formal complaint above the service and lack thereof!

The post office is okay but not very helpful when it comes to missing mail or boxes. Their contact phone number has been disconnected for months which the post clerk excused by being understaffed. We live on Fort Polk and continuously get mail for other people with different names and addresses in our mailbox which clearly states our name and house number. We don't even have an idea of how much mail didn't make it to us, because we have neighbors who receive mail for us in their mailbox and not everyone is honest. So far we never received 2 packages from overseas that are unable to get tracked, one of them was sent a year ago.
