Today, there was a tall white man delivering mail around Stutes Addition, when he was approaching my house he pulled out his mace and began to shaking it while having his finger on the spaying part. I have two big dogs (boxer and pitbull). When my mom seen he was approaching the house she locked the glass door so the dogs weren't able to get out of the house, we also have a wooden gate on our porch that stays closed at all times. After my mom locked the door she stood by the door, the mail man proceeded to have his mace out as if he was going to mace my dogs, even when the door was locked. This isn't the first time he's tried to do something stupid at OUR house while delivering mail. A few weeks ago he once again came on OUR porch with a DRUMSTICK in his hand. And I informed him that if he ever tried to hit my dogs with the stick i would personally beat the f*** out of him. If he's so scared of dogs he shouldn't be a mail man. He's went up to my cousins HOUSE DOOR and sprayed my cousins girlfriend and their puppy. And he still wasn't fired. I've tried calling the post office 5 times since this happened (30 minutes ago) and yet nobody answered. There is a table right on the side of our gate that every other mail man puts our mail on. But he feels the need to come onto our porch. He's also THROWN one of our packages while he was delivering because he heard my dog bark. Dogs are going to bark, it can't be stopped. And I REFUSE to whip my dogs for barking at a scary mail man. After leaving my house he went across the street to my cousins house and before the dogs even began to bark he pulled out his mace, my cousin has a metal fence, AND the dogs were in the house. He has no right to try to mace our dogs just because he's a coward. Next time this happens the outcome will not be nice.

Personal mail was left on MY CAR WINDOW with a note saying, "Don't block the mailbox" and I would like the local branch office to contact me about the matter as my personal documents were left for anyone interested to steal! I intend to pursue the Post Master General about the issue as under section 2. Supplier Duties (of the Post Office General Handbook) it clearly states on section d. "Protecting all mail, monies, and postal equipment entrusted." as a major responsibility of a carrier and department. I await your response.
