I just wanted to thank everyone, Fir there hard work. In finding my son Ashes. My son was killed in April. So we are Chalk tall Indian from Oklahoma We had my son Cremated, and I sent my grandson his father ashes. Well I was so Upset I forgot got to put my return address on it. And I forgot to put my grandson Apartment number as well. I call everyone to find him. When I told them the Story ,immediately everyone did everything they heard the help, from Louisiana Alabama, New Orleans ,Amarillo ,California,I told my grandkids your dad got to go every where.we Laught a little bit, and cry a little. But. Is he is with all my grandkids now. I had everyone a necklace made with his ashes in it. Thank you all for your help, please Share this with everyone God bless you all

I get mail about once per week, sometimes less. It takes 3,4,5 tries to get some packages. It’ll say delivery attempted many days in a row and then all the sudden it’s delivered. Not sure how usps can get in one day but not the other. Delivery is rare here at best. Address is 200 Waterstreet Baton Rouge la 70802

Lately my mail has been delivered to various neighbors. I had a pkg I was looking for tonight & the postal worker walked by my house & never stopped. The pkg was then marked delivered. I found it 3 doors down.

I think the service is horrible and I believe ups is a more efficient delivery system than usps I’ve been trying to find out what happened to my package for 2 days went to the branch downtown left my tracking number they were supposed to be calling me back still waiting for that call

My checks come by mail, they don’t have direct deposit, don’t understand why it is taking 2 to 3 weeks to get, it comes from Kentucky, also mail coming from Baton Rouge is taking up to 10 days to get. Know short handed but you can sure get the junk mail on time, why not important ones?

Whats going on with the mail haven't gotten any of my mail since February 10

My package was supposed to have arrived by yesterday (Nov. 10). You guys have it marked as attempted delivery, but the cameras in front of my place prove no such delivery was attempted at any point. And now I have to wait until tomorrow because you’re closed on Veteran’s day. The contents contain medicine and was absolutely needed by latest today. This is gross mishandling and endangerment! And not the first time I have had delivery issues. How many times before we can expect reliable service?? No wonder people are pulling support from USPS.

I live in the 70816 area and have not received any mail in a week. My wife who works at a school in North Baton Rouge also said they haven't received any mail either. Is there a postal strike I am unaware of or did Covid-19 take out every postal worker in the city? Don't know why I am bothering to post since postal workers don't read this....

I have had a package sitting somewhere at a BR post office since June 4th, I had 2 and one was delivered. The other one is sitting somewhere according to the tracking # 92612902041493573169109890. Cannot get in touch with the Postmaster in Baton Rouge

Why are there so many rude and ignorant BLACK PEOPLE working in the Baton Rouge office who have the attitude of a criminal and would probably need 3 promotions just to be an asshole?

I spoke with a woman today while also on the phone with amazon customer service, and the woman was so RUDE! She over talked the customer service employee as well as myself and had a nasty tone. She even hung u the phone and was very combative.

WHY is a big problem with this post office I track my packages that comes from Morrow GA post office to Baton Rouge post office and they would send it back to Morrow GA post office and it would go back and forth and I live in Lake Charles Louisiana... 2 weeks ago the same thing happen from the same 2 post office Morrow GA is doing there job... and my package was lost and the seller had to re-send the item...

It is impossible to talk to ANYONE in Baton Rouge ,especially at the Florida Blvd location. I have left many messages for LOTTIE LAND,who's recorder answers the main phone number, but never returns a call. I need to obtain a file number to complain about local mail delivery in 70807.

The 800 number for the post office is a joke. You will NOT talk to anyone. What you will get is an automated response that says you have to give a reason BEFORE you can be sent to a customer service rep. Once you give the reason, you will be told that customer service is not an option at this time. BS!!
