Post master at this location needs replaced and fast. This is the slowest post office I have ever seen I run a business in Winchester and had mail sent out to all my employees I got my mail in Mt.Sterling 5 days before the first employee living in Winchester got theirs. Mail in Winchester is always days later than it should be because post office is under staffed and takes forever to sort mail out and deliver it. This issue needs addressed and fast

Package tracking is horrible. I can track a package shipped FedEx or UPS without any issues. However, utilizing the US Post office never displays accurate tracking. I thought millions of dollars were spent upgrading the system?

Why is it usps packages are always late, displaced , delayed , stuck at a location, or says delivered at your door yet doesn’t show up for days ? Once in awhile I see but not every single time usps is used . Scanning items to soon or out of our control has been your reasons but come on every single time ?

Hi, I was wondering why we didn't have a package receptacle like other post offices. I mail many packages and can't always make it there before it closes. I have been to the Richmond and Lexington offices and they have these. Would you please consider putting one in. Thank you, Lori Stone
