According to the postmaster here, it’s ok to damage property. Mail carrier drove in my ditch up the side of my hill to get around my car. He could have hit my car, broke my drain pipes, got stuck or anything. She also was rude and didn’t want to make time for a CUSTOMER. Pretty much made fun of my concern and didn’t care about damage to my property. Threatened not to deliver my Mail because I was an inconvenience. It was reported above her head. Have a good day.

This post office doesn't deliver mail. I've sent postcards and packages all of which either have been returned to me or returned to the town facility. In my small town, a rural route delivery person either hangs an oversized package on our big mailbox, or drives it into our property and places it on our front porch, or leaves it in the box long enough for a resident to try to figure out what gives. I think West Liberty's cranky, old codger who drives mail around should be removed from his job, but have been told it's a family operation. There are also 112 churches that advertise in a local paper. What does give? VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE.
