I called the Shepherdsville Post Office to report lost mail, but no-one ever answered, the birthday card, with a check in it, was mailed in front of the post office 10/24/22. It was sent to New Haven, KY. 40051. The envelope is peach colored. Please email me for more info on this card. Donna Wise

The postmaster was a very rude man and need to get another job that doesn’t happen to be with customer service he was talking to me like I was a child over something that was messed up on his end. I will never do any business with this post office again

I sent a Money Order 12/20/2017. It was lost. I filed an enquiry yesterday. I ask postal employees how I get my money back . They gave me a phone number and said call it. I called the number at !0:00 am and it is now 1:15 Pm. I cannot get a call back. What do I do and where do I go. I want my $920 back since it was not delivered.

I have a complaint. I have had several packages sent to me I never received. Some package in particular had to be sent three times before I received it. The second one just never arrived. Some mail I sent either wasn't picked up, or never arrived to its location. On all packages, upon checking the tracking, said it was delivered by sips, but no package, and the company had no returned items. Just disappeared.
