What do yall mean adresse unknown i revived mail and multiple packages at my address this is the second time this has happened if it’s the right address and the right mailbox put it in there don’t return cuz the mailbox doesn’t have a name what is going on here

What is up with you people! I have been waiting three days for my package. Tracking number 9535213678713209488182. USPS tracking shows you have been just sitting on it since July 28. Get off your duff and send it!

Went to this office this morning, because someone forwarded my mail to another address without my permission. Was told I needed to talk to a supervisor, so I step to the side a hour pass no supervisor. I then got back in the line and asked for the lead, because I was told lead clerks have access to this information. The clerk Sherry started yelling and stormed off stating she didn’t care about what I had going on and the supervisor was giving herself a breathing treatment and said she didn’t want to be around anyone, and she wasn’t coming to help me. Was finally able to talk to the lead clerk and she stated the supervisor was in an interview, after I was told she didn’t want to be around anyone after giving herself a breathing treatment. The lead stated she was new and didn’t have any access to anything. All this took place on November 19, 2022 I got there around 9:05 and stayed there until 10:30 and was told no one will help me. I then ask to speak to the Post Master and was told he was off and I would have to come back on Monday.
