I cannot fathom how this Post Office in Radcliff achieved a 1.9 satisfaction rating. The customer service is the worst I have ever experience in any endeavor with any public service operation. No one whom I have encountered at this facility seems to want to satisfy the customer. They give you excuses for everything that is not completed properly. I have requested mail holding on numerous occasions and there is always a problem with either my mail still being delivered while I'm out of town or my mail not being delivered upon my return on my requested date. In my attempts for the office to locate my mail they always say it's on the truck and never check the area where they hold the mail because they say they are too busy. So, I have to make a special trip two days after the delivery date to personally pick my mail up. Never do I receive an apology for my inconvenience. I was promised a callback and of course never received one. And my most recent contact with this office resulted in the associate hanging up on me. I was not disrespectful and any time during the call. I highly recommend that this office be closed and consolidated with the Vine Grove office where their rating is above 4.0.
What do yall mean adresse unknown i revived mail and multiple packages at my address this is the second time this has happened if it’s the right address and the right mailbox put it in there don’t return cuz the mailbox doesn’t have a name what is going on here
What is up with you people! I have been waiting three days for my package. Tracking number 9535213678713209488182. USPS tracking shows you have been just sitting on it since July 28. Get off your duff and send it!
Went to this office this morning, because someone forwarded my mail to another address without my permission. Was told I needed to talk to a supervisor, so I step to the side a hour pass no supervisor. I then got back in the line and asked for the lead, because I was told lead clerks have access to this information. The clerk Sherry started yelling and stormed off stating she didn’t care about what I had going on and the supervisor was giving herself a breathing treatment and said she didn’t want to be around anyone, and she wasn’t coming to help me. Was finally able to talk to the lead clerk and she stated the supervisor was in an interview, after I was told she didn’t want to be around anyone after giving herself a breathing treatment. The lead stated she was new and didn’t have any access to anything. All this took place on November 19, 2022 I got there around 9:05 and stayed there until 10:30 and was told no one will help me. I then ask to speak to the Post Master and was told he was off and I would have to come back on Monday.
not happy actually im pissed these people just fail at there job they loss my package i spent 109 dollars on and dont know wat to say really grow some and do something about this
