This place is awful . The women behind the counter was so rude today . My informed delivery says I have 2 peices of mail with no picture that arrived today . She says no informed delivery isn't right . I've never had a problem before . They was delivered today and there is nothing there . She got smartelic and went looked said no there is nothing for your box or around your box . VERY RUDE and this aint first time either . I've had packages come delivered and never got . You would figure that a place of business like this would have good employees that would try to help . They don't . Awful business ethic .

I CALLED THE PAINTSVILLE KY LOCATION LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT HAD SUPPOSEDLY BEEN MAILED TO MY FORMER PO BOX. I SPOKE WITH "CRYSTAL" WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. I REALLY APPRECIATED HER AND THE WAY SHE SPOKE. SHE SEEMS TO REALLY CARE ABOUT DOING HER JOB CORRECTLY AND HELPING PEOPLE.

Not a very well ran office. They hang up on you when you try to find out why a delivery was not made even after having paid extra to get it on a specific date and no later. If you order from Amazon.com avoid using the Paintsville KY Post Office. they do not deliver everything in one order together on a specific date. In this case, I was supposed to get an HP laptop, a pull cart, a laptop bag for the laptop and a pack of 5 vacuum bags. I have only received the laptop bag and the five vacuum storage bags and today, March 5, 2020 is the day I should have received them all. They have cost me between $40.00 to $50.00 for this delivery and it was a waste.
