I feel that Saturday is a good day for most people to complete tasks on Saturdays .most folks work all week long and store closes by 430pm and some may not be home in time to get to post office on time. So Saturdays should be open much longer . Say like open at 9am till at least 3pm .this way folks can complete thier tasks when it concerns the post office. 2 hrs on a Saturday is not long enough. Most folks sleep in on a Saturday. I mean give us more time!! Thats all I need to say

Why is my mail not being picked up? I placed mail in the box at noon and at 9:00 at night it has still not been picked up. This is not a one time thing it’s been happening for sometime. Can we please work on fixing this problem?

I have paid for priority mail as sending my cover on next day. But today 3 days already left, yet didn't reached my mail. It is too much important mail for me. But I will lose too much. It is very bad experience in my life.

We are a place of business, with other businesses near us. We have our flag UP to pick up mail, but the mail carrier, on more than one occasion, has went right past our mailbox. When I called the post office I was told that mail pick up is a courtesy, that is why they have blue boxes to put your mail in. So unless they have mail for you, they DO NOT have to pick up your mail. They drive right past our mailbox. This is very frustrating for a business!

I filled out the form to have my mail held while I was traveling but it exceeded the 30 day max allowed by the post office. They returned my mail to sender with a notification I moved without a forwarding address. Very poor policy & very poor service from post office.

I had a horrible experience with Madisonville's post office the employee that was suppose to help me got rude with me multiple of times. At the end of the transaction he told me that everything was a personal problem. I understand the rules that they have to go by but it is not right for them to say that to a customer. I thought that was very rude and disrespectful to me ant the other customer inside of the post office. If I saw that I wouldn't want to come again at all or have anything to do with the post office here.
