Super Impressed!! My parcel was inadvertently delivered to the wrong address, within 30 minutes of my call to the office, a carrier retrieved it and delivered it to me in perfect condition!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Sooo Happy!!

There is a sub delivering mail, and she delivered mail to my box but delivered a package (same day, same address) to a completely different address. Completely different street, even. I have been calling for 2 days trying to get my package back. The supervisor tells me they know where it was dropped, but he’s doing very little to help me get it back. I understand why he’s not supposed to tell me on whose porch they left my package, but this is ridiculous. UPS or FEDEX from now on. I will get the police involved if this situation is not resolved tomorrow.

In really tired of not getting my manufacture coupons. A family member of mine lives on the next street over from me in Lancaster Kentucky and they get their coupons every Wednesday (They have a different mail carrier). Currently my normal driver hasn’t been doing our route but others have and they’re keeping my whole streets manufacture coupons. USPS needs to crack down on this because I know I’m not the only one not getting my coupons. They carriers are keeping them and selling them online to others for profit. Coupon selling is illegal also so they’re committing a crime.
