Dose the mail people not carrie stamps I've been trying to mail a letter since last Monday mail person just leaves mail in box and explains nothing

Im very unhappy with my local post office. I get orange slip after orange slip. I go to post office to pick up my packages and they say she has them with her but yet she leaves another orange slip. They are losing my packages mailed in and mailed out. I have to drive to the post office every other day. Something needs to be done

Spoke to Brian in Irvine today about a package that his office had failed to deliver for days, very rude. Where do they find these people? Smh.
