Postal Locations

I had packages delivered today to my residence and the delivery person thought it was a good idea to just drop all my packages on the driveway in front of my garage instead of walking them to my front porch. I don't think it is an appropriate place to leave my packages. If it is let me know .

My auntie shipped 2 iphones from. Nashville last Tuesday, for some reason they still aren't here . Do i wait?

Why is it that u can never get any one on the phone at any post office ..I been trying for a week and a half ....and the 1800 number don't seam to know anything about the mail problem and seen u back to recording where it hangs up on u ...???? I need to speak to someone by phone weather is bad have a flat tire and can't get out to go in office ...what can I do ....it's making me mad I'm trying to find out why I'm not getting my mail ,.and why the main office don't know nothing ,,.and why I can't speak to a person...????like I said been calling over a week day and night....

Lied to today for out of town mail being delivered since I 24 was not passable. Hopkinsville post master is a dictator and violates federal law when mail is not delivered within. 3 days. Snow is excuse for laziness

Packages were supposed to be delivered by 4:30 p.m. Got a notification at 5 p.m. that they could not be delivered because there wasn't access to the delivery site (how ironic is it that the office closes at 5.. Not to mention it takes about 15 minutes to find a local phone number for the place). The bottom line is that the delivery truck never even entered the neighborhood and there was obviously no attempt to deliver the mail... And you wonder why people are so fed up with the postal service.

Hopkinsville post office employees have a habit of deliberately holding onto mail refusing to deliver. Sent a priority envelope that normally takes 2 days to deliver and took 13 days after calling and complaining Now sent another on Monday and come Friday, envelope again not delivered. Same address going to so obviously the same carrier as before Post office wonders why people are switching to online electronic services to pay bills and stop using the postal service

Hey, i’ve been trying to contact hopkinsville USPS, for two weeks now in regards to our mailboxes. i’ve had packages stuck in the bottom lock box and cannot get them out. the key doesn’t work. unfortunately i work when the post office is open and get off when they’re closed. How can i get these packages out?

What is the deal with the mail carrier put in mail in the wrong mailboxes I get my neighbors mail every day just about and I'm missing Mail myself and I don't know how honest my neighbors are I hand delivered their mail to them when it's in my mailbox but yet I am missing packages I am so tired of this crap

My usps mailbox is broken and has been for 2 months. They put the door back broken. The lock still is broke. I've made several complaints. The key finally broke off in the lock and I havent been able to get my mail for days. Nobody answers the phone at the post office and the automated service wont even give me an agent. This is ridiculous.

Why ya’ll never deliver mail properly ?!?!?! Just don’t be caring !!!!! And then ya’ll NEVER answer !!! Yall suck & ain’t no help !!

I have paid to have my lock changed on my box a week ago and I still can't get in my box I can't even get my check out of there to pay my bills what the hell is going on with the post office they are getting slow as shit

I mailed my electricity bill and Pennyrile electric never received , I had pay a late fee for this . 2 weeks ago . I mailed a package at the beginning of December and never been delivered as if this date . My water Bill never got delivered and the water department is telling me that they mailed 3 weeks ago. I’ll like to know what is the reason of all this .Thanks for the assistance .

I have seen photos of mail being crammed into local mailboxes. I wish those that shared the pictures had the mailman we have on Richard Street in Hopkinsville. I wish I knew his name and I'll try to catch him and ask. He's so friendly and has always been careful with all our deliveries. I just wanted to send a positive note amongst all the negativity. I live in Maple Grove Apartments Suite # 7, I was expecting some medication by mail. I paid almost $40.00 to have it sent overnight and i didnt receive it. The message said you didn't have access to enter the building. The FEDEX man and The UPS man both manage to leave packages by my door. I even put no signature was required and you still didn't leave it. Your first attempt was on December 11 and your second attempt was December 12. Today is December 14 can i please have my medication?????

I have informed delivery and I was suppose to receive my prescription in the mail Dec 2. I did not. I have only gotten mail one time in 12 days. Someone needs to check into this. Going without an rx needed daily is not cool.

Hopkinsville carrier/delivery person/ I suspect package theft . I have cameras , driver pulled into drive way and backed out and left.got notice that Pkg was delivered. He left nothing. He scanned it as delivered but didn’t. I have video clips show 2 times he did not deliver, never even went near mailbox or porch he scans as delivered but doesn’t leave package or mail.

A package said it was delivered to me here at my work may 18th, I did not receive the package. The man back up to the door and brought the mail into the receptionist. I received 2 little packages that day. The third was NOT DELIVERED HERE, the mail man obviously delivered it at a wrong address and it was scanned as delivered. There was 2 receptionist up front and both knows what was delivered. The third package was not left here. I called the post office in Hopkinsville and talked with a man there, didn't get his name but he said it was delivered and I did not get it and the girls up front did not get. The man at the post office said he guessed the butler got it. I thought that was a smart-ass comment that wasn't necessary. It is not the company's fault so I am out $40.63 I just want someone to be aware of this

I have asked our mail carrier a dozen times to please make sure the door on my mailbox is shut, and once again I go out to get the mail and the door is left open. Plus we get someone else’s mail in our box once or twice a week. PITIFUL...........

I have been waiting on a piece of mail that was mailed out 2 weeks ago and I’ve never received it! Called the post office 3 days in a row and got no answer! Went up there and the man got smart with me! Very unprofessional!!! My mail man always putting different peoples mail in my box so it makes me think he put my mail in another box! I was supposed to get a very sensitive package on Saturday the 2nd, and i tracked it, it arrived here at 11;03am and had a time of arrival by 3pm.... i never received it nor did the website update over the weekend to let me know when i will be getting it. Damn this post office is the WORSE!! def thumbs down.

I am sick of the postal service not caring enough about packages to just leave them out for people to steal them. They don't knock on the door or anything.

We went without food thanksgiving. I can't get my SS paperwork. I can't get my DHs paperwork. It is November 24tn. I moved in my apartment on October 6th.
