Went here to look up hours and was surprised by the negative reviews. I have lived in this neighborhood 33 years and mail delivery has been consistently good the whole time.

We repeatadly get other streets’ mail! This week we have not gotten anything. The mail car hasn’t even come down our street! Since I am stay at home I know when the mail person comes, and they have simply skipped our street for 3 days! I find this ridiculous and there need to be a change! I know this is the UNION but come on!

We have the worst postal service here in Goshen, KY. We rarely get our mail until after 5:00 PM. Once in a blue moon we get it early afternoon. Often, I watch the driver speed down our street without stopping, then later come by to deliver our mail. Today I watched the truck speed down our street, then back the other way half an hour later, then again from the first direction! That's 3 times they sped by without delivering mail. It is 7:04 PM and we will obviously not have mail delivery today. My neighbor has checked his box 3-4 times as have I. It is Saturday and they did NOT deliver the mail at all on my street today. I was expecting something that was supposed to be delivered yesterday so I was anxiously awaiting it today. I am disgusted with our postal service. I wonder if it's the same everywhere. On Monday I am going to the Post Office to complain personally. We pay way too much money for mail delivery to have such poor service.
