This weekend, the United States Postal Service (USPS), left a delivery package prominently displayed on back of my vehicle right on the STREET!!! Someone could have stolen it quickly without hardly slowing down, just reaching out. It would have been super easy for the USPS employee or contractor to get out of their vehicle and walk to my door. I have a delivery box right next to my front door. Why the driver left it on the street is pure laziness and lack of responsibility, pure carelessness of security.

Mailman continually drives over yard. We are literally the only house on our street that has ruts from mail car constantly driving over the curb and into our grass I had to place rock around the mailbox to "lessen" the damage. But now they are just driving up, over the curb in a different location. Have even spoke to the driver about the issue, and it still continues.

Over the course of the last few weeks our mail has been arriving either later in the evening or not at all. 1/12 when I check at 6 p.m. still no delivery. This morning went out and no mail.... and boxes still had red flags up from the day before..... I guess there is a new delivery schedule of every other day or so. I should also note that at 0330 p.m. on the 12th I saw the truck enter my housing area.

Had a package from Amazon to be delivered today Sunday 6/13. Get a text a few minutes ago that they attempted delivery at 10:21 am. Package was coming to Hodgenville from Elizabethtown location. The marked it that unable to access location. AKA I can’t read mailbox numbers or I’m to sorry to drive that far because I have better things to do today. This is the second time this has happened when something comes from the Elizabethtown location on a Sunday, if it comes from the Hodgenville location they always manage to delivery it on a Sunday.

I live at 395 Lincoln Dr the mail service is supposed to deliver my newspaper , I didn't get my Fri paper and today (sat) I still didn't get my Fri paper or my Sunday paper. So Monday is a holiday when is going to be delivered? I have called numerous times and have not been able to speak with anyone. The News Enterise pays for the paper to be delivered so why aren't you delivering it?

They have changed the wrong lock on my apartment mailbox twice now when someone new moved into my building. They werent nice about it either time. This time failing to return my call and refusing to answer the phone just picking it up and hanging up one me. When I got no return phone call today I tried calling again. It's not a recording you can hear talking in the background and sometimes it rings busy. Very poor customer service. They tried to tell me they didn't do it but it's the same as last time my key no longer fits the lock and new people have moved in under me
