How do I get mail started delivering to my new address

For over a year the postal carrier failed miserably at their job on so many levels. My family and I just recently moved. We put a 7 day hold on our mail until we knew our new address. I submitted 3 change of address for each different last name at the residence. 2 of them have gotten the verification letter from USPS. However, my husband and I have not. Our landlord in Campbellsville went by and picked up a huge stack of our mail and took it to the Broadway USPS to be forwarded to our new address. It has been 20 days and my husband and I STILL have not received anything. And on top of it all, I'm trying to speak with someone at the Campbellsville location and the phone has rang off the hook, literally EIGHT times already! Each time ringing for over 5 minutes. I am 100 % infuriated with this location and will be doing anything andb everything LEGAL to have every employee there reprimanded for FAILURE TO DO THEIR JOB!

I need to speak with someone about a letter I just dropped off but no one will answer the phone on the local number and the 800# is of no help at all. What's the reason I can't speak with a real live person?

I like this post office although it's very hard to get someone to answer your call. Mr Richardson is an awesome employee he goes above and beyond to meet your needs.

Is there a specific reason why my mail comes after 6:00pm and sometimes not until 8:30pm? A new mail carrier was supposed to eliminate this problem. Well problem not solved. It's dangerous to have to use a flashlight to get your mail. This post office certainly doesn't deserve what they are paid. It is a disgrace to the postal system!! Very poorly run operation. Postmaster certainly doesn't know how to run it!!!!
