Beware. A thief works there. Do not send checks or money orders through this post office. They will go missing never to be found.

It is a great idea to have the office number on the internet but it dials to a FAX. What is another number to the office besides 270-422-2511?

I am tired of having to go to the post ofc to pick up my pkgs! I live in a rural area..I have a long driveway..seems it is too much trouble for the postal worker to deliver my pkgs to my porch! One postal worker said my driveway was "scary"..there are no overhanging bushes or tree branches so what is scary? Maybe it is having to DO HER JOB! The sender pays for delivery TO the buyer, not to have the buyer come waste time and gas to pick up the pkg..

I have been to this Post Office several times and have had a great response from the people there. Frank was so helpful to me and very kind. I know that sometimes people have a bad day. This is not easy work. I’ve never worked for the PO before, but I know people that have and it can be a very stressful job. I appreciate what our postal workers do and though I don’t know who anyone on this thread that has had a bad experience at the PO, but I just hope you give them a little love and a break. None of us are nice all the time. God tells me this all the time and then I try to do better. Blessings ❤️

Is it typical customer service training to be rude and ugly to your customers? Mike the office manager their at the Brandenburg, KY office has to be the worst person in customer service I have ever dealt with. A baboon could more effectively execute his job duties. Next time treat your customer with some respect and kindness. If your customer needs you to explain something then explain it, do NOT make ugly comment about how you shouldn't have to explain yourself. I have a right to ask why, and you have a job to explain why. The best thing the USPS could do in this office is fire you and replace you with a more appropriate manager, because your sir are not management quality.

Is the girl driving the maroon Cadillac supposed to be smoking marijuana and begging people for their pain medications?
