I came in Monday morning with a tracking number to ask about a missing package and was helped very kindly and patiently by Marcus. He gave me good advice and I called to open an investigation about the package so now I’m hoping it’ll still come. Thanks for the help Marcus!

First, they tried to close the Munger facility. The community members showed that they will rally together for a positive cause if needed, and they had to keep it open. Then, they exploited our neighborhood, as they have done with many, with a falsehood that had not been proven true, that we had loose dogs threatening the employees. Because of that, many were unnecessarily forced to purchase mailboxes for the curb or post office boxes. Now they are keeping us from our mail by closing the lobby after business hours. DO WE GET A DISCOUNT AND A REFUND FOR NOT HAVING ACCESS TO OUR MAIL??? Consider this our request! WHAT'S NEXT??? Fix the problem without punishing the community!!!! I'm sure the United States Postal Service can afford cameras and/or security!!! Please do better. We will. By the way, Happy New Year.

They refuse to deliver packages to lower income neighborhoods and blame it on dog attacks. I've been in my house for 21/2 years now and have yet to get a package delivered. This is very frustrating that they are paid to deliver packages and mail, but refuse to. The manager at this office told me she didn't need it from me when I brought this issue up and refused to offer any kind of solution. If I had a choice, I wouldn't do business with them.

Six weeks ago I went to my mailbox to pick up my mail, as I do every day, and a blue card appeared that said this apt (65) is vacant. For three days I called the Munger Station daily. On the third day, the person I talked with finally went to the carrier and asked why they were "YELLOW STICKERING" my mail. I got a generic response from a postal clerk which did not answer my questions at all. After about a week, I started receiving mail again. I wrote my name on blue card stock and fastened it with tape to the front of my mailbox. Today, 8/18/2020, I received a call from my bank that my new Visa/debit card was returned to them with a yellow sticker that said 'MOVED, LEFT NO ADDRESS". I am furious. I have lived here for 1 year and 3 months, have not filled out any USPS info and the most important pieces of my mail (like from my recent RADIOLOGY REPORT) are being returned to sender. If the newly appointed Trump goon is the cause of this he should be removed by the IG. All sorting machines should be returned to their rightful location, reinstalled, and turned on. Drop boxes should NEVER be removed. The USPS belongs to We the PEOPLE! Get it together now!

This post office does not pick up my packages when I make an online request. Then, later that day, they email me a message saying the package has in fact been picked up. Very bad service. Not honest. Sometimes do not even make Saturday deliveries and take mail to wrong addresses.

Something needs to be done about the panhandling that goes on in front of this location. It shouldn't be allowed. I have had a person come to my car & even knock on my window asking for money. I don't feel safe in that environment. What is your policy on this? Thanks
