I just moved from Lyons to Sterling. I had yet to have my mailbox installed so I held my mail. I encountered many issues due to the timing of when my new address became effective. Over the last month I have dealt with Patty almost every time I’ve gone to retrieve my mail. She was always friendly, professional, and went way above and beyond, in my opinion. She assisted me during a stressful move and made the mail aspect a much easier process. Thank you to Patty, for your assistance, kindness, and for always having a smile on your face that is contagious.
