Postal Locations

The City of Sedgwick, Kansas post office employee ( do not know name but she has short, blonder hair and is middle aged) was rude to my caregiver today. I had sent Ms. Fussell to the post office on an errand. Ms. Fussell made 2 trips to the post office and still did not receive proper customer service. She was attempting to get the mail from the p.o. box, pick up large package and mail a package. I went down there the 3rd time and was assisted with no issues. I reprimanded the employee and left.
