Wanting to know why mail delivery is so late in the schilling area! We used to get mail between 12 and 2 pm every day, now it’s between 4 and 6, what changed?

So this will be my 2nd time changing my address in 3 years. The first time I was charged around $50 to change my address since I guess I selected forwarding or something like that. I paid it just to have it done. Well, it was never done and ended up with a stack of mail from the post office. Now, I just moved again and tried changing address online again, $1.10. It’s runs my card and I get the notification of the money debited. Few mins later I get email stating the change of address couldn’t be done. It’s Saturday and the post office opens in 30 mins and I’ll be there. It’s not really a big problem but it’s pretty irritating for a simple process. I was at this address now I’m at that address. Clearly this is beyond me.

I am very upset at the delivery of mail. I have mailed mail to Salina from Texas a few times ri my family and it takes 2 or more weeks to get there. One time it took my dads card over a month to get there. What is the issue with your service that I pay for.

Two times now I have sent mail to two different assisted living places in Salina. Eaglecrest and McCall Manor/Reflections. The address was correct. It is returned telling me it is not able to be delivered. One was to a staff person at Eaglecrest and the other to a resident at McCall. Not sure what is going on with your postal department. What information do they need? Because the street addresses were correct.

I know the post office is under staffed and doing double duty. However, I don't condone the carelessness of delivering packages. By no means does this refer to all who have delivered to us. This is regarding today, Jan 2, 2021. At 10:46am a postal worker tossed a box on the patio at 2718 Highland Ave. Although he didn't know, there was glass in it! Luckily it didn't break! Was his back hurt so he couldn't bend down a few inches to place it firmly on the ground! We have a bench it could've been set in. His no care attitude sucks and I have a picture to prove it. Whatever the reason, please talk to this person and let him know people are watching!

I'm just wondering why it is that mail on my block frequently anymore doesn't get delivered much before 6:30 or 7:00 at night. It's not a good thing and ever since the newer delivery person started here, it seems to get later and later. Not a happy person.

I filled out a change of address and gave to a postal clerk before my move from Lambertson Lane to new address. My postal box is in place and I had stated for it to begin on 06/24/2017. It has not been delivered. This is a new townhouse on Redhawk Lane. There are two sets and the third is being built. I should not be charged $1.00. Please check into this and deliver my mail. Please
