I cannot count how many times we received the wrong mail, or that our mail was lost or never received. There is no accountability at this post office. There is no one to file a complaint with when you call this location or Manhattan. There have been NUMEROUS complaints in the community about our postal carrier's careless work, putting the wrong mail in boxes, losing mail, not delivering mail on time, not picking up mail, etc. Additionally, the main postal carrier is sloppy not only in his work ethic but also his appearance. Someone needs to replace the carrier with a competent, functional individual who can do their job. Just because we are rural does not mean we deserve extremely poor service. This is beyond unacceptable and only continues to get worse as the years pass.
