Postal Locations

I have been calling twice a day for a week now and the phone will never be answered.

I thought the iola post office is one of the fastest most efficient and friendly..tho u cN hear and see that everytine I went was in the afternoon and they had clearly had a very busy day with complaining customers lol .but they were all actually very nice to me and helped me and thanked me and I give them the highest rating of any post office in any town thst I have lived in..which was a lot of places.! Also the package i mailed was close to Christmas and short handed employees because covid and my daughters present still got to her 3 days earlier than they had told me I'm very pleased with the employees and service. Thank u ziola postal workers!!

I have a package coming....the tracking # 9405510200830941585504 said it was delivered at 4:20 p.m. on June 2. It WAS NOT my husband and I both were on the front porch as we are every day waiting on the mail. There was no package. It is $100 worth of merchandise. This is the second time this has happened. Before I had a $579 worth of medication delivered to the next block....thank god it was someone I new and they delivered it to me. My local, IOLA, KS does not seem to take this matter serious. I want my package please!!!!!!!
