This Gardner Post Office never ever Answers The Phone.
I have Talked Extensively To Management About This Ongoing Problem.
I have been inside the Post Office and tried to Call Management for waiting forever in the Lobby to see A Team Member,
No one Answered or Came To The Customer Service Counter.
They say that the Gardener Post Office opens at 0800,
Yet you just keep getting a Voicemail Recording All Day Long.
This is Ridiculous.
Tried twice today to call the post office in Gardner. My package has not been recovered. I was told I would get a phone call today but that’s not true. I want my package & service from the post office. I don’t understand why they can’t read the label.
Can the mail person stop delivering other people’s packages to my mailbox? Check the name and address thoroughly! That is why there are labels. There are labels on letters and packages along with names.
Called the Gardner KS post office to complain about 2 packages I have received over the last couple months being broken upon arrival. The employee who answered my call was extremely argumentative and downright rude during the majority of the call. 0 out of 5 stars.
Kudos to the gentleman at Gardner Ks branch for being so helpful retrieving a medication package and delivering it to the correct address. Extremely helpful.
Re: request#20414840; package mailed (priority mail 2 day delivery) from Denver, CO. on 12/16/2020, last available tracking information dated 12/21/2020; In transit. Mr. Anderson: today is 12/30/2020. The issue is NOT RESOLVED UNTIL THIS CHRISTMAS PACKAGE IS LOCATED AND DELIVERED!!!
I put mail in mailbox at 6:00 this morning with flag up, it is 5:15 P.M and still not picked up, why???My address is 16485 Blair Street in Gardner, Ks. 66030
