I want to thank the postal service for the jobs they do, and when my mail isn't delivered as usual, there is a reason, they may just be shorthanded that day, then others pick up the slack, it's understandable. Not everyone could carry that bag every day in all kinds of weather!!!! And the counter people in the PO are very polite and easy to get along with, never had a problem.....

I’ve been trying to call my post office to complain about my carrier but no one seems to be answering the phone. How do you contact the postmaster to file a complaint? Shouldn’t someone be answering the phone during working hours?

I live on 1900th block of Prairie St. We who live her are playing "Russian Roulette" each day in order to check our mail boxes. Yes we do have a sidewalk like further down the street but we have have to dance in between cars to do so. 2 Blocks down the street the do have mail boxes on the west side of the street where as we have have to cross rush hour in order to check our mail boxes that are located on the east side, Prairie St. is a very busy street and is very dangerous to cross each day. Please let us put up mail boxes on the west side before someone gets hurt or die.
