Never had issues with getting our mail until COVID came to town. Now it's always late or we dont even get what we're supposed to.

We are getting everyone's mail except ours, not sure who is receiving our mail but we are not getting it. got the neighbors mail and put it back in the box, This is happening all over in the cummings area, what can we do to make it better. We have the address number on the mailbox.

Very disappointed with mail delivery service. Have talked with Chris in Atchison a couple times. Still no change. Delivery person is dropping off neighbors mail multiple times in our mail box. It’s almost like they decide to just quit delivering and we have had multiple neighbors mail in our mail box on several occasions. This last occurrence the mail was dated Nov 6th. And yesterday we got the mail Nov 16th. This has been going on all summer and fall. We have also had several days usually Saturday mornings that are business address mail is not picked up. What can we do to help this situation? I have tried talking to the post master Chris in Atchison. We would like our postal service to become better.
