If anything is within 10” of mailbox they will not deliver. Now that Amazon is having USPS deliver, if you’re MADE to put a box at the road and they cannot pull up, deliver and drive away without putting their vehicle in reverse, you won’t get a delivery. Serviceman at your home at delivery time blocking your box? Too bad. I’m close to removing my mailbox. 3 doors down does not have them at the road. If they’re taking on additional deliveries for other companies, they better learn the definition of service. The USPS competency is forcing many to go to digital delivery. Last year it took 3 wedding invitations sent from 30 miles away to receive 1. Monthly Mortgage bill; it’s on time maybe 3-4 months out of the year but MY fault if payment is not received on time.
Staff was rude and unprofessional. They are unwilling to come anywhere near the house due to us having dogs. All other delievery companies love our dogs and have joked about taking them with when they leave. The manager of the Walkerton location got nasty about the dogs and said they will not deliver large packages until our dogs are locked up or tied up. We have had packages ruined in the rain because of our deliverer being unwilling to go anywhere near our house. Very unprofessional and upsetting.
I am trying to figure out why my packages are continuously not being picked up. Some were scheduled on a Sunday with Monday being a holiday and they were still not picked up until Wednesday, after I called the office and complained. This same week I have packages to go out Saturday and here they are still waiting to be picked up. What exactly is the issue and what happened to the male postal worker that was on my route when I moved here. I had no issues with him. Now I have nothing but issues. My own mail is soaking wet every time it rains or snows because the door on my box is simply left open. What is the problem? If the person delivering the mail does not like their job it is simple, find another one.
My complaint is for my Mother, She continuously is not getting her mail, from her phone bill to her cable bill and several others. This is causing great issues. She is 88 yrs old and has not gone paperless. These bills aren't showing up. She gets other peoples mail. She puts it back in the box and it's not picked up. She has talked to the carrier and is getting no where.
