First why can’t you ever reach anyone on the phone no one ever answers. I’m trying to track we’re my license renewals are but can’t get any help. I am snowbirding in Florida and had all my mail sent here temporarily but for some reason my plate renewals have never made it after the were sent out Jan 17.. Can someone please tell me we’re they are at!
Perhaps it’s time to drop the [ Service ] portion of your name. Maybe change your official name to simply ‘US Post Office’. The ship has sailed on ‘service’ with Your outfit.Having been a Letter Carrier AND a Carrier Foreman, I know LOUSY work when I see it.
My mail arrives anywhere from 9 AM to 8 PM; anywhere in that timeframe. Preposterous!! I got today’s a few minutes ago, at 7:30 PM. The carrier wears an LED Headlight. I installed a battery-powered ‘puck’ light inside my mailbox so I can see if there’s anything in it. Are you KIDDING me?!! If I’d had a carrier on the street after 4:00 in the afternoon, my Manager AND my Postmaster would have BOTH been in my face screaming!! And rightfully so!
It’s beyond pathetic. Horrible, horrible service. Someone needs to be FIRED!
I never get my mail ive had my electric shut off twice because someone didnt deliver the mail. When you go in and ask about it the no nothing at all ask for a superviser and one never comes

WAITED FUVE DAYS FORM PICK UP MY FATHERIN LAWS ADDRESS CHANGE, CALLED TO COMPLAIN EMPLOYER CALLED WIFE THEN NEXT DAY HAD FIVE MISS DELIVERED PIECES OF MAIL TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE.
My 90 year old sister broke hèr pelvis in September. I got a doctor's letter certifying that she was unable to walk to the mailbox on the street to get her mail. I mailed it to the postmasterat the Margaret avenue post office.aftermaking several phone calls and two trips to the Margaret ave. post office,the afternoon supervisor showed up at my sister's house to inspect the location of the porch mailbox. He described specifically what mailbox was needed. I purchased and installed the mailbox the next day. That was two months ago. I have called eight times and left my number to an answering machine. No one has returned my calls. Today I went to the Margaret avenue post office and I was told I could not talk to anyone regarding this matter and effectively stonewalled. Customer service is not one of Terre Haute,Indiana ,Margaret Avenue post office, priorities.
Why am I not getting my mail but I’m getting everybody else’s? Why is some of my actual mail coming to me already opened? Do you even check out the people you hire? I’m tired of getting my mail from my neighbors and having to deliver theirs to them.. maybe it’s time to do a restructure. Or just close completely. I was supposed to receive a bank card in the mail along with a few updated credit cards!!
Contacting the post master seems to do no good. Maybe it’s time to get with my neighbors and consult with an attorney...
Im tired of having to wait on my mail all day. It might come at 2pm, 5pm, or 7pm you never know i see mail getting delivered all around my neighborhood but my block we might get it at 7pm ...heck if they decide to bring anything at all.
