We schedule package pickups often. Unfortunately, the most expensive item we've ever sent came up missing. We put two shipments out, scheduled two pickups, even recieved a confirmation email letting us know the pickup was successful. One package was tracked instantly, the other one fell of the face of the earth. Had the pleasure of meeting Leanne. Who after blowing us off time and time again, refuses to even ask the driver what happened. Each encounter with this completely unpleasant human being has been more and more insulting and infuriating. Like, where the heck is our package?! This woman literally bumps into the driver at least twice a day, but can't seem to remember to ask what happened to half of a pickup?

Had multiple packages that were marked delivered at door /on porch that I have not received. They were important medication for my father in law. No one knocked to let us know if they even were dropped off. It happend 1/28 and 1/31. I have been at this address for 6 years and I has not happend before now. I would like to know if it was a mistake or if someone is stealing them.

I just received an empty package. it had been opened. the package was scanned delivered to my address by mailperson. Last month had a package that was not delivered but it had been scanned delivered to my address, still have not found - was scanned on Apr. 4th.

I live in the housing on North 17th St.. Our mail continually gets put in other people mail slot. This is not a new problem, it's a continual problem.

I don't understand the contractual agreement you have with UPS/Fed Ex, but if they delivered my packages they would have been here. I don't know how you can justify keeping my packages at the community mail box. I believe it was Saturday that I received over 35 pieces of mail/packages including my prescription that I had been waiting on for several days. I don't want my mail stored for days/weeks at a time. I have missed giving birthday presents on time due to this irregularity. Please give this your attention.

I just called my local office to inquire about two things - a rough estimate of the time mail runs at my new residence and also to find out why I still haven't received the items that were for me that was already in the post box before they exchanged out the key. I spoke with Brandon and both his answers were basically he didn't know. The original mail would've been RTS and he had no idea of times cause it's an all day thing. I know there have been other occasions when that question had arose and the person at least says something like well normal roughly this time or between this time and that time.
