Today, Nov. 11, 2020 I did not expect the mail to be delivered because of Veteran's Day - however, I placed a piece of mail in the mailbox (Just in Case) - the Postal truck came by the house and did not stop, it went on west further into Hodge's float trip area, and when it came back east it turned onto the road that takes it (north) down along the river - now this is telling me one or two things: Either the mail carrier was working and did not pick up my mail, OR, the person driving the mail carrier was just using it as their private vehicle... Please advise

I'm very unhappy with my mail carrier, I had a package being delivered today & if it weren't for my security camera I would never had know it'd been delivered. The mail man left the box on top of my trash container in front of the garage. I am disabled & don't get out in bad weather. So I phone the post office to complain & they told me I had to come in and fill out a "hardship paper". Why didn't they mention that 3 years ago when I fell & almost froze to death, it took me 6 months to get back to normal.
