The woman behind the counter would not tape a label for me ! She said they sell it here and she could not use theirs, this is bad business practice. No Customer Service here, Shame. Post offices always tape on a label that they printed on site. January 24, 2022 at 3pm.

Just wondering why the mail person delivered our mail but didn't bother to take the package I had hanging on box for pickup. This is the first time it has not been taken. The place I was returning to has a 5 day policy for returns. I hope I am not charged for this non pick up

The carrier for The Morgan House has actually given my package to another person in my building - who claimed that he knew me or would give the package to me! This same person has stolen my packages before - a $500.00 replacement phone from Verizon two years ago. Not the same mailman then, but the same thief. I now this because the thief then tried to sell the phone to another resident, who told me. My whole point is this - WHY ARE MY PACKAGES HANDED TO SOMEONE ELSE????

Question: What good does it do to buy stamps from the carrier when the carrier will not pick up my letters? To day as I sat in the car waiting for the carrier coming down the street and as he arrived, he looked up at the mail box, kept going after he saw the mail on the box to be picked up and as I had no mail , my letters were going to be left on the box, even though one of them was a wrong delivery to my address. Am I suppose to redeliever this wromg mail? At one time the mail carrierr was a service man, wh.ich we appreciated. Now they are JUST another goverment employee.

Don't know if this is true BUT I heard that unless they have mail to deliver to your address, they don't have to pick up your outgoing mail.
