2 letters I mailed on Sept 25 to Lowell Indiana from Sandusky Ohio , one was not delivered to 632 Driftwood Dr. The other one was delivered to the same address. I want to know if you still have it!!

Loose my mail all the time. Last straw is them losing important documents. Go in to office for a check on lost mail and basically get told I’m SOL, nothing they can do about it. Inconsistency is horrible.

Are the delivery people having trouble due to the plowing at Lake dale? They plowed in our mailboxes. Can someone get them cleaned so these good people can get in to do their job? We are lots of older folks who cant do this. We cant get to our mailboxes ourselves.

Our new mail lady gives us the wrong mail almost every single day! She shoves packages in our mailbox & last week she shoved 3 packages from Amazon that were Christmas gifts & she broke one. Right before that she pulled up in our driveway & walked a box up to our door & then sat in her mail truck on her phone for a while & took the other 3 Amazon packages & shoved them in our mailbox & my Son seen her shoving them in there & she was all pissed off & she almost broke our mailbox too. Why didn't she just put the other 3 Amazon packages with the first Amazon box that she brought to the door?? She shoves another large Amazon package in our small mailbox a few weeks ago. I have called the Lowell, Indiana post office twice & the United States post office once to complain about her & they Never once got back to me, even though I was told on all three calls that I "will be receiving a call from the post office in 2-3 days! I live in the Creston Country Manor subdivision off of 159th street & Parrish avenue & me & 4 of my neighbors are Absolutely fed up with this mail lady giving all 5 of us the wrong mail just about on a daily basis & she shove large packages in their mailboxes too! This has been going on for over 6 weeks & she still can't take the time to read the right addresses on our mail & she still continues to shove packages in our mailboxes & broke 3 of our Christmas gifts that were large packages from Amazon & Nothing has been done about it! Why?? Why hasn't the Lowell Post office & the United States Postal service called me or my neighbors back to discuss this ongoing HORRIBLE mail service from this mail lady?? Please call me ASAP at 219-789-6044, Thank you. Julie Garza

You must have our old carrier. We moved in 2015 and have had nearly all of our packages get delivered to a house 2 blocks north of us until maybe about 6 months ago. I would go in before they closed and ask where my packages were with the tracking numbers as proof they were delivered. Every time I would be told that they took it to the wrong house and I would have have to wait until the next day to get them, which conveniently enough usually happened to be a Saturday so I'd have to wait until Monday. Luckily the people weren't scammers! Our mail continued to come later and later too so that it wouldn't be delivered until after the post office closed and I couldn't complain about missing packages right away. Now our new carrier comes earlier but instead of delivering our packages, leaves a notice that delivery was attempted and I have to go pick them up myself even though they don't require a signature. Almost every time this has happened I have been home and can confirm delivery was NEVER attempted. So frustrating!!!

not only do not answer the phone, they have no answering service (circa 1975). postmaster does not "get it". better service from the postal inspector!
