This is the third or fourth time that we have been told by amazon that the postal service @ Logansport, In has told them they couldn’t get access to leave our package. We have a circular drive that is bare of snow and a specific place for packages that all delivery people have been made aware of to use. Furthermore, we had other deliveries that same day with no problems and we were home all day.Duh! So what’s going on here. The last time this happened, I called the post office and was told it hadn’t shipped yet. When I asked why, then, the tracking info said it had shipped and was @ Logansport the previous day, he said they lied. What? What the blazes would be the purpose of that? Bare faced liar.

This is the first time using USPS and it sucks. Apparently I have a no access address when I've had things shipped from amazon to my house and have had no problems. I don't know what the issue is with USPS but now I have to wait two more days to get my shipment because one of your workers somehow can't find a house.

Mail delivery here in Logansport is haphazard. I live in an apartment building, and the delivery person puts mail in the wrong boxes all the time. I lost a package because the mailman put it inthe wrong box. Whoever got it didn't give it to me, they kept it, and the USPS won't take responsibility!

How is it that my packages are tracked and posted that they were in logansport at 8:30 AM but could be delivered until the next day? This has been happening quite often. Packages and paper left in the rain on front porch that would have fit with no problem in the mail box.

I had called on Thursday, this post office and was told no appointment was needed for passport application. I showed up on Saturday and was then told I needed an appointment. So my application could not be done that day. There we more staff than customers when I was in there and yet they could not process my application- which was a renewal and my paper work was pri tes out and filled in-So I called around to another post office in Valparaiso which was more than happy to do my application that day, which took all of 10 minutes to complete. And furthermore, the Valparaiso Post Office was much busier than the logansport post office and had only two staff members working up front!! I will never visit the logansport post office again!! It was well worth my drive to go to Valparaiso!! Also, the Valparaiso Site had better hours to accommodate the working person!! Not to mention the female Supervisor was very very rude!! And,you wonder why no one uses the USPS any more!!
