This location doesn't know what to do with a ringing phone! Made numerous calls with same result you listen to their voice recording and then they transfer you to the operator who doesn't answers. Very poor customer service.

non working phone number. These people suck at what they do, sent mail insured signature required and the carrier just let some random person sign and I lost $1,000. Never went to the person on the addressed label, just some dope on the street corner or something. I wish they had a zero star option, cause this Po is a zero

I've tried calling but no answer. I had a package sent to me from Pet friendly and according to your tracking it was delivered on a July 10 but I never received it.

Im so upet with this location ,if you want mail 2 days a week when you have mail by informed delivery 6 days yep their your people ,if you want mail 3 days a week yep same ,their your people , I recieve medication and checks in the mail most every week ,seems im gonna be broke and unhealthy ,

Would be nice to get mail at approximately the same time every day; it varies as much as a 4 to 5 hour time frame sometimes….

I did not receive my mail yesterday. I know there should have been mail because i get a newspaper and I didn't get one. I'm worried about something important supposed to be coming.

I sent a certified letter to Jeremy Phelps @ 1121 S Meredian in Lebanon. I know he does not live there and has moved out of state......where he moved to is unknown. Can your office return the letter reflecting the individual no longer lives there BEFORE the normal weeks delay? Dave Etnier

I live at 909 Fairfield Avenue Indianapolis Indiana 46205. I sent out two pieces of mail one on Saturday 1 on Monday and neither one of them were picked up to be mailed out. They were very important letters that needed to be sent out and we're not picked up I would like to know why.

I live at 310 N West St. and we've got that carrier again who won't take the time to fold the mail together so it will fit in our mailboxes. None of the other carriers has a problem with that. so why should he? I've never tried to get someone fired before but this guy either needs disciplined or fired. All in this building agree. The mailboxes are NOT too small to handle the mail we get.. If it won't fit lay it on the table and buzz that apt. The Headly Condos Occupants.

Three packages delivered to wrong address or lost by sub carrier. No one is taking responsibility, only answer I get is she delivered them, just not to me.

We ordered a pack of socks that were quite pricey from Nike and never got them we kept getting the notices telling us that they were delivered to our door that no one would offer any help when we say we never got Them they didn't even turn it in to the company they just delivered them to the wrong address and left it be and every time I called they would just say they were delivered I had to call back Nike and they end up sending me out another package and it happens again and this time they were very rude when I would call and tell them I did not receive now the 2nd package which was a replacement package Silva 3rd package had to come by fedex which had no problems or issues at all very next day delivery smooth everything was perfect Sad part is they issued a refund because of all the troubles than I had which meant I had to quarter another package from Nike which meant he had to get another package and from the Post Office in turn I was promised these issues were solved and would never happen again even though I was yelled at and told that my package was in my doc when I don't even live around the body of water and I mean an apartment house so how could I have a doc but no one cared to listen So for the brand new order on the resend they issued Nike issued to me I ordered another pack of socks because I'm not going to lose out any more money than necessary and lo behold it happened again it said my package was delivered but it had not been so I didn't even mess around I did not call the Post Office because they never offer any help and they're always very rude and Blunt and they think they know everything I tried to tell them I felt like their post man was stilling my items because why else would he not turned it into the Nike company makes no sense to me to packages lost out there and no one knows where they are the new package had to come by fedex as well because they did not send it they said it came but it did not come I had to call my he and I he issued another pack of socks which is the seconds pack on the 2nd order and they are sending at fedex and exactly 24 hours later he had a ride to my door with no problem I don't understand the if she is with the mill it makes no since they can hold on to our pieces of Mel until they decide to deliver them that is not right maillman should not have that type of power over our property especially if they're going to be bitter and vile.
