I have been getting all of my neighbors mail every week! Today, I received mail that goes next door to me, they received mail that went next to them! This is happening too much!! And, the post office NEVER answers their phone! They are fine with inside post office, but, when this is happening over and over, I should be able to contact my post office!!!!

The La Porte Indiana post office NEVER answers the phone. I've had to call the Kingsbury location and ask them to have someone at the La Porte USPO call me. I've spoken with a supervisor named Joe with regards to this on going issue and still no resolve. He assured me he'd rectify the situation and check back with me to see how things are going. Three weeks and no follow up and the issue continues. The residents in the KOP Circle are receiving each others mail and mail for residents on Aspen Lane and areas no where near us. Not only are we receiving other peoples mail were also getting the sorting card in our deliveries. Several of us are missing bank statements, utility bills and other sensitive mail. Our bank account has been cleared out due to this issue and we have to wait 60 days for an investigation before our monies are returned to our account. Our Capital One cc has been compromised also and we've had to have new cc #'s and cards issued and again we have to wait until an investigation is completed before our cc balance is corrected. There is a serious issue with the mail service and it's causing financial and breaches of security issues and no one is addressing it. Two months now and still not handled. Today the mail carrier handed me the mail and I had 6 pieces of mail for someone named Kerwin who lives on Aspen Lane.

I have always had great experiences at LP USPS. Everyone is friendly, the lines tend to move quickly and they call for assistance when things back up. Thanks you LP USPS staff - not an easy job!

I am so furious. I sent a card to our son for his birthday and it was returned to me over a week after, with a yellow sticker saying 'undeliverable as addressed and unable to forward.' Why would I want it forwarded when he lives there????? (And yes, his wife does, too, at this time). The envelope was really decorated, as I always do, but nothing was covered. There was an added stamp...(there was a gift card in it, but it usually doesn't need one, but did it anyways). The address was correct... I send mail to the kids all the time and they get it. Everything was 100% correct. In fact, with his upcoming divorce, I sent it early..hoping to bring some cheer.. I am VERY concerned and wonder how much mail he is not getting, when everyone else gets theirs!!!! And why is HIS mail being returned??? Is this legal???? Would like a response asap... Thank you...

The LaPorte office never answers their phone. So frustrating. I asked the post person that delivers my mail and she said to call the post office with my issue...hard to do when no one answers.

The Kingsbury Carrier that delivers mail is the worst ever. Extremely rude!! In Kingsbury, you do not have a choice, you automatically have a PO Box. If the carrier runs out of keys to put an item in the larger box, she will send your items back. This is wrong. Someone should do something about this. It has been an ongoing problem since I moved to Kingsbury in January. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CARRIER!!!!

This is by far the WORST post office I have ever dealt with. The carrier INSISTS on leaving packages at my door when my regular carrier isn't on. I have spoken to the post master over and over and over about this. I guess they have to get a lawsuit slapped on them to listen

The LaPorte post office won't answer their phone. Falsely reports attempted deliveries as unable to attempt delivery due to weather, but they delivered my mail! And I can drive to the post office in 10 minutes! The roads are clear. My mailbox is clear. My driveway and sidewalk is clear. They are not even trying to deliver! I have reported this to the postal service and in turn the postmaster!

By far the most backwards ,Ignorant Post office I have ever dealt with,It only takes two employees to ruin my opinion of this place,Today I will cease to pick my mail up there,Or have any thing else to do with this "WORLD OF SELF" post office
